We believe that the youth academy should be the corner stone of each club. Therefore, we share the Ajax Philosophy with clubs, coaches and players to select and develop talents.

Together we work on talent with standard and customized programs and support clubs to develop their youth academy. We want to teach clubs, coaches and players about the Ajax Method.
